RemoveItem Method
DesignStepFactory Object : RemoveItem Method
The DesignStep.ID (long),  a reference to a  DesignStep Object, or a Variant array of DesignStep.IDs.
Description
Removes item from the database. Removal takes place immediately, without a Post.
