A SubjectNode.NodeID.

A logical filter specifying which tests will cover the current requirement.

The filter can be a TDFilter.Text.

Description
Adds the tests from the specified subject that match the input filter to the list of tests that cover the current requirement.

SubjectId
A SubjectNode.NodeID.
